Updating to Movable Type 4.25

Movable Type 4.25 was released a while ago, and I have been installing newer version on a more timely basis.

However, since MT ver.4, I have been having problems updating entries and sending comments, I get a blank/white page after MT is trying to update.

After refreshing the browser, everything seems to be fine, so it is being updated, but won’t return the updated page without a browser refresh.

I have searched around and found that it may be the System templates, or an FTP upload mistake, or an installation error, but I haven’t figured out what it is exactly.
